Invalid registered license or product message

Hello,

I am running Norton 360 v.22.20.1.69 on Windows 10, build 19041,vb_release,191206-1406 / version 2004, build 19041.84. I do not have the option to join the EAP program. When I run the EAP_Targetter_All_English program (v.15.19.8.4), I get a message that I don't have a valid registered license or product to participate in EAP. I am signed in and have a valid license. Is this because I'm running a Windows Insider build?

Before you begin, make sure that ALL of the below apply to you:

  1. Operating System Locale and Language - English (all locales except Israel, France, China, Hong Kong, Russia)
  2. Product - Norton Security, Norton Security with Backup and new Norton 360
  3. Product Version - 22.8.1.14 and above
  4. Product State - Activated (Not Expired)
  5. Product is registered with a Norton Account
  6. OS Version – Windows 7 or greater

Thanks for your quick reply, but I think I posted that I met all those conditions with my OP. If I was unclear, let me add that I do indeed meet all those conditions. :)

Okay...just confirming. 

Is this because I'm running a Windows Insider build?

Windows Insider ....why run Norton?

as far as I know....Norton does not officially support Window Insider....not a day or two since release.
