Inverse Split Tunneling

Hi. I am using the Norton Secure VPN on my Windows 10 Home, and I am currently learning about split tunnels. I am interested in excluding a handful of certain websites and apps from being encrypted. Specifically, I want to choose the URLs and apps that I don't want to go through the VPN, since I only have a handful of them. Can I do this with NS VPN?

Thank you.

Re: Inverse Split Tunneling

Hello. Using the Norton 360 VPN and the settings shown in the screenshot, you can only add an app or executable to that program. I can't see aany fashion which allows for a website URL to be added. Therefore I don't see that Norton supports inverse split-tunneling in the manner you are wanting due to the security risks involved.

Re: Inverse Split Tunneling

Hi. If I already have a website up on my computer and then turn on the Norton Secure VPN, would the website that is already up be protected by the VPN or would I have to close it, turn the VPN on, and then bring that website up again?

Thank you.

Re: Inverse Split Tunneling

The website that is already open will be protected. I see you have a solution marked. Thats good news and thank you for posting back with that so others who run against this situation can see the suggestion.
