iOS 15.1 iPHONE 13 Norton 360 stops the internet working

Norton 360 stops my iPhone 13 on iOS 15.0, 15.0.1, 15.0.2 and/or 15.1 from accessing the internet; the DATA is blocked. I can receive and make phone calls on my smartphone, but anything else it drops the connection. I have tried the obvious 'Airplane' etc tricks, and in switching the relevant settings of 'all' the APPs. It worked for iOS 10.x.x version brilliantly.
