iOS16
I have an i phone 7 It will not take the coming iOS 16
will I still get equivalent internet etc. cover through Norton 360 ?
Do I still need the security update to protect my phone .?

iPhones or iPads running the current and previous two versions of Apple® iOS.
If you are on iOS 15.x.x, your Norton 360 protection will continue until iOS 18 is released. Although you will miss out on any security updates in the newer OS versions.

Will Norton still cover the security gaps I’ll have by not getting ios16?

Not necessarily. But one thing to remember is that iOS is inherently more secure by its design. In fact, there is no malware protection in Norton 360 on an IOS device. See this article from howtogeek . com for an explanation of why it is not necessary.
