iPhone App can't access my Identity Safe Passwords

I have the latest version of NIS and just downloaded the IOS app for my iPhone.  I've logged in to my account and opened the Vault but there aren't any of my logins listed.  Is there a way to sync my logins to this device?  I've accessed a few websites and manually entered passwords using the app, but with over 100 logins, I'd rather not got through that for EVERY website.   i've tried to go to manage devices on my home CPU to see if I could add the iphone as a device.  It prompts me to download myagentdownloader.exe.  I run the file, but nothing happens.  Thanks all for any help you can provide.

From your PC, have you moved your Identity Safe vault online? That is the only vault your iPad would be able to access.

Can you access your online vault from this web page   www.identitysafe.norton.com  ?

I'll ask this thread be moved to the Other Mobile Products board for better chance of an iPad user seeing it.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Also please let us know if you have NIS through your service provider.  Some service provider layouts do not support the Norton Account feature thus limiting us moving the vault online.
