Can IPV6 work with Norton Deluxe with VPN enabled ?

It will work, but the VPN will not be able to hide your location if using IPv6. All other features of the VPN will be active. ie Your data will be encrypted for security.
Most of us here have just disabled IPv6 in our router and devices. Personally, I have not run into anything I need to access having any problems not having IPv6. Over time this may change, but for now it is a quick and easy fix.
