is it safe to instal adaware a.v.

Following on from a recent Microsoft scam It was suggested that installing adaware software

would help,but I am concerned that this may cause issues with Norton,any help would be greatly appreciated.

Adaware Antivirus Free, Pro, Total or Ad Block?
