It seems that ROBLOX disables the browser extension for family

It seems that ROBLOX disables the browser extension for family monitoring when it loads. Is there a reason it does this?  Is there a fix?  We keep getting the notifications for it being disabled and just tracked what sites were the common ground.

Hi Jessamynne,

Thanks for reaching out to Norton Family forum.

Roblox or any other apps on the device do not disable the Norton Family browser extension.

However upon analyzing the backend data, we see that the Norton Family browser extension in chrome browser got tampered. Kindly enable it back to experience complete protection.

We disagree - our children, as this has happened on two machines now, do not disable the extension. They do not re-enable it either. However when we check it after they finish playing, the extension is enabled.
