Is it time to switch

I have been a loyal and satisfied subscriber of Norton 360 since 2009.

Recently i was asked about what antivirus i used and i pointed them to Norton.com, however i noticed a new bunch of products and my traditional Norton 360 was no where in sight.
I still have 2 Norton 360 subscriptions which renew annually at $104.99 for 3 computers each, which i utilize to ensure my extended family has proper computer protection. After researching the new products utilizing the  website https://www.nortonsecurityonline.com/norton-security-vs-old-products.html I find that Norton 360 is being retired. This retirement had been in process since 2014 but i have received no information through the Norton Community that my trusted program is going away and i could be saving money instead of having 2 subscriptions.

Since my renewal dates for Norton 360 are in June and October, will they be renewing me or forcing me to change, and if i can have a better product offering more protection for less money  why was i not notified earlier by the Norton Community instead of paying twice the price for the past 3 years. Unfortunately the upgrade wont occur until May-June since this is in my budget as a normal expense, so hopefully i can get a response before then.

Re: Is it time to switch

So far, you are still able to renew your older 360 product. But it is hardly worth it. As long as you have been updating your 360, it is functionally identical to the new Norton Security Premium product.

What I would suggest is contacting Norton Support and asking them to upgrade you to the Norton Security Premium product. That way you can protect up to 10 devices with one subscription. Support may be able to combine your two current subscriptions and update at the same time. So you should be able to save some money as well. You do not have to wait until your current subscriptions expire.     www.norton.com/contactcs

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Re: Is it time to switch

After you get your new Premium Norton Security set up and you have finished with customer support, you can turn off Automatic Renewal and shop around for the best price you can get from local stores or from safe, legal websites. I would suggest you stay away from eBay for software products. You can turn off Automatic Renewal in
