Item zoom-in problems on Wal-mart.com

Hello. Earlier today, my mother had issues zooming in on an item on Wal-mart.com. The image would come up for a split second if you hovered the mouse over it, then leave. I tried to do it on my profile and it seems to work fine. Could there be a serious problem on her profile or could there be another explanation? Thanks!

Hi,
A profile problem is a possibility. I'll assume that you're both on the same computer.

You might check the graphics drivers to be sure that both of you are using the latest ones, same with the various Adobe add-ins that make things so pretty

Does she happen to use Firefox browser and NoScript add-on?   If so, you have to configure NoScript permissions properly on some of those ecommerce sites.  Sometimes images come from a different server than the main display page, and still other domains for other rich content, etc., so NoScript has to allow the proper ones.

If she uses IE, then it, too, has to be configured correctly in the security settings of the internet options.  I normally don't use IE, so I can't speak in detail about it.  It can sometimes be quite a balancing act of allowing enough processes to make the webpage features functional yet continue to provide an adequate level of security.  if she's using IE, then someone else may be able to comment more on what may be going on, or you might be able to tell by examining her IE settings..
