Janssen CarePath/IBM (Potential Identify Theft)

Why is there no alerts on this Identify Theft information on Norton/Symantec? Or was there a notice and I missed it?  I got a letter in the mail from IBM which was 3 weeks after the breach (9/3/23).  I'm not even sure what services I have that use Janssen CarePath but it must be a third party that manages my health data for Insurance or something. The letter stated there were not able to determine the scope of the breach but that medical info was taken but not SSN info. I do appreciate the notice but getting an electronic notice (from Norton/Symantec) quicker is better, like other notices I've received.

Hello. If you have any affiliation with Johnson and Jonson that is where your data theft has occurred. I agree, this happened 3 weeks ago. Norton usually pesters us ASAP with data breech popups. In that respect, its out of character for having not seen anything regarding this being pushed.
