jsdownloader!gen38 file

I have been getting an alert repeatedly re Norton analyzing then removing this file. Where is it coming from?

Re: jsdownloader!gen38 file

Hello Curt. These detections can come from multiple places. Visited websites are the most common. Downloading FREEBIE software that will most definitely at some point, install other bundled junk with the permissions you initially gave the original freebie install. E-mail attachement are also a source. I would download and run Malwarebytes to have it detect where the script is residing on the system and remove it. Please let us know your results.
