Junk mail

Norton's spam (junk) mail feature is working very poorly since the last update.  I have contacted customer service many times, they have deinstalled and reinstalled a couple of times.  Is anyone else having an issue whereas most junk just goes into the regular email account instead of the junk folder?

I keep having the same issues - Norton's spam feature was working fine until right before the major update, then stopped moving mail to the junk folder (although it was still marking it SPAM). Chatted with support, and the agent set up a filter so that any mail marked as spam by Norton would go to the junk folder (not really a solution, but helpful at the time).

Fast forward a week or so, and it stopped working altogether. I had to do a complete uninstall and re-install. Norton still not show in the Outlook add-in toolbar, but after reinstalling was moving things to the junk folder again.

Forward to today, and it has failed completely again. Not labeling as spam, not moving to the junk folder...just plain not doing anything. I have run Live Update several times hoping that this issue has been addressed, but nothing has worked.

I am running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit, with Norton 360 Premier and Office 365.
