Keep beeing logged out from Norton Antitrack in Chrome

I have had Norton Antitrack installed since December 2021 on a Chrome browser. No problems.

However recently it has begun to logout. If I go to "Extensions -> Norton Antitrack" it states that I am not logged in. I can then click "Log in", do the log in, get a confirmation, but the Antitracker still claims that it is not logged in.

I have tried to remove the extension and reinstall and I thought that it helped, but no. No I am back in the "Not logged in" state.

I have tried to mark "Remember me" and "Trust this computer" etc., but those settings are not remembered.

Anybody have had the same problem?

I have the same problem in Chrome and Edge.

If there is no solution I would like a refund.
