Keep getting "Bash" application blocked

I keep getting this application called  /bin/bash Process ID 2139  that keeps getting blocked by Norton on my Macintosh. I'm glad it is blocking it, BUT every time I see it I run a scan and Norton comes up with a scan error?? Anyone know what this could be? See attached jpg.

I ALSO keep getting this application blocked. Not sure what it is either? If someone might elaborate I would be very thankful.
