keep getting these emails, supposedly from Norton asking me to renew my subscription.

I am currently an active member with an active subscription. I keep getting these emails, supposedly from Norton asking me to renew my subscription. Are these emails for real or are they attempts to gain PII from me? I have included an example of the latest I have received.

Thanks in advance for any information you  can provide on the subject.
