I had this problem. Let me describe it to be clear. There was a circular icon on my browser bar with a small warning icon (a red exclamation mark in a triangle) in the lower right. When I clicked on it, it said, "You're Not Signed In To Your AntiTrack App. You must be signed in to the AntiTrack app for the browser extension to work." It provided a sign-in link, which brought up the application, which prompted me to enter my Norton credentials. I did, and the app successfully came up, but the icon on the browser did not clear and still gave the same error message. No matter how many times I tried logging in, it failed; sometimes it would ask for my password, sometimes not. I finally resolved the problem by restarting my browser, as recommended by a chatbot-supplied page for another error. (A reboot might also be in order, but I didn't have to do that.)

I have the same problem in Edge (and Chrome).
I restarted my browser, no change, anti-track still not working.
I rebooted my computer, restarted my browser, no change, anti-track still not working.
I have done this several times. Norton Anti-track still not working.
It was working on February. It's not working in March.
If there is no solution, please my I have a refund as I am not receiving the service for which I paid.
Thank you.

Contact Norton Support.
I had this problem.
In order, uninstall the Antitrack extensions from browsers, then uninstall the Antitrack app, then uninstall N360 with NRnR.exe, then reinstall your N360 from your Norton account, then download the Antitrack app, then download the extensions browsers.
In short, a new and clean reinstallation. Many are of the opinion that some of the latest Windows 10 or 11 updates are to blame.
And the extension for Firefox has been removed. It would currently be in maintenance, not available. Norton Support can install the removed module file for you if you ask, at your own risk...

I have the same problem, though restart does not help. Sometimes it helps to do the following in Chrome: Click on "Extensions" in the upper right corner. Click on the three dots next to the Norton Antitrack ext. in the list. Then stop and start the extension using slider in the upper part.

Thank you for your occasional workaround, however, if I have to intercede to make the programme work, then it is not working.
This appears to be a very common problem that Norton are doing nothing to obviate.
Norton, if you read these comments, please can I have a refund? Your product is not working.

I have the same problem and have tried Norton Support by telephone (UK number) 3 times and you get a 1st level support person in India. They can only uninstall antitrack and then reinstall it, which I can do myself. This works until my computer is shut down or restarted when the problem then reoccurs. If I always use 'sleep' instead of shut down it continues to work which is not ideal because the computer is not as secure.
I asked for 2nd level support twice and both times, again from India, I was promised a call back which failed to happen both times.
I cannot bear the thought of trying the telephone support again as it was so difficult to communicate each time.
