Kerberos Authentication

I see Kerberos Authentication block/allow apps incoming/outgoing is activated.  Google says it's a strong form of authentication- But I cannot see what app/service it is being used within.  Is it malware-spyware or something to be removed?  Thank you.

Re: Kerberos Authentication

Hello bizvoice. Kerberos is used in the manner described in this Microsoft article and is legit. It is usually found on older Windows Server 2003 systems, usually on Active Directory, and has been around for quite a long time. What operating system are you seeing this on? Are you using Citrix workspace?

Cheers
