Licensee renewal - norton antivirus

I renewed for another year via the product window. .I got an email that all was good.  Then when I went to my norton account via https://account.norton.com/amsweb I got a message telling me that I had renewed, but with an incorrect password.  I was never asked for a password.  I said it was me.  This seemed to clear things up.  However it still keeps telling me my credit card is expiring.  Obviously this part of Norton has obsolete data.  How about a a more integrated approach?  For now I am just ignoring the credit card message.

All I really wanted to do was turn off auto-renewal, Which seems to have worked.

Actually I got both messages, before turning it off.  I had to go to https://my.norton.com/ in order to turn it off.

Perhaps this post is more a suggestion than a problem report.  Norton seems to have a lot of different paths to managing an account.  Very confusing per which one to use accomplish a job.

Hello John

Please go to Help on the main page of your Norton product. Under Help, you will see a link for MyNorton. That is the easiest and newest link to get to the Norton Account.

Have a Good Night and

Thanks.
