Lifelock Access Error Code 32050

There was a previous thread related to this issue that was never resolved.  Signed up for Norton Lifelock and Norton 360 works okay.  However, Lifelock account access continues to show the below error message after two weeks.  Talked to Lifelock support on phone but no resolution.  Has anyone been able to work through this situation?  Thanks.

On my windows 10 PC. Since I installed Norton 360 Select I have had Lifelock alerts on my Norton360 Select MyNorton page. When I open the Lifelock identity alerts box I get this:

I checked back in a week, a month, 6 months and still the same problem. I have reinstalled several times - no change. I have spent hours and hours on the phone with support and lifelock and just get sent in circles with no resolution. Has anyone had a similar problem? I am paying for lifelock and it doesn't even work!

Also having the same issue! was suggested to check with 24-48hrs...not feeling all that confident about the experience trying to fix this issue with customer service or their tech...so I do suspect another day spending several hrs on the phone...again...ugh!

Please post if you get it resolved. I have sent emails but no answer. I don't think I can take getting the multi-hour phone runaround again. If this doesn't get fixed soon I am canceling (after being a client for over ten years for Lifelock and Norton separately). They mishandled my accounts when they merged and put me on the 360 select. Was going to go ultimate but now I think I have to shop around for another provider. At least I am not the only one having the problem. Thanks.

For a month now we have tried to get someone to fix this- called the number listed in the error code and keep getting the reps, who, as you say, cannot seem to transfer us to the tech support. One finally gave us the phone number for tech support [after 4 tries].  We have had three different tickets with tech support to try and fix the issue, as they start a new ticket each time instead of looking at what was done previously. The first time we were told the transactions would show up in 48 hours, the next time they told us 3-5 days, and after a month it is still not working. It makes us wonder if anything else is working either.  I have sent a letter to Lifelock last week, but heard nothing back from them either. How do you get someone to respond who knows how to fix this program? What happened to chat when they would get on your computer and check things out?

I know this is unrelated but I see that a previous thread was closed out.  Has anyone fixed this problem with the Lifelock side of access.  Norton works fine, cannot gain access to Lifelock.  Here is the error message:

It appears that many people are having a similiar issue. If it can't be expidited and fixed [now another week has gone by] then why don't you disconnect Norton 360 and Lifelock and leave them as two separate entities as they seemed to work in that mode. If the transactions cannot be monitored via 360, just let us know.

Apparently Norton/Lifelock don't give a crap about fixing this problem. They think we are going to figure it out and tell each other how to fix it. In some instances that may be possible but in this case the problem is on the Norton/Lifelock side. They have now won the "Worst Customer Service Ever Award" from me and I plan on spreading the word. I can't even get hold of anyone there to cancel my service and get a refund. You would think they would put someone on this and get it fixed. If they are not smart enough to fix this I don't have much confidence in their service.

I have been working on this problem on behalf of my father in law.  His account still shows this problem.  You mentioned that this would be escalated.  As you can see, there are a number of people who have the same problem.  My mother in law's account works just fine with Norton and LifeLock.

I also have this issue.  I escalated a ticket through support and was promised a call back but never received one.

I was a long time Lifelock Stand-alone member but then migrated to the NortonLifelock platform.  Since then I receive the following error when I select the Lifelock tile:

I have been told I would get a call back on 2 separate occasions and did not receive one. I don't even know if the Lifelock portion is working. They owe us a refund.
