Telephone support was worthless as the representative did not understand what I was asking and refused to transfer me to a supervisor. Chat was also worthless as once you type in the issue you are only able to respond by clicking on answer options which do not apply.
How do I talk to someone to have my home tracked? Thus far I am paying for nothing.
