LIFELOCK issues

Have been a Lifelock customer for over 11 years.. Last night received a phone call saying there was an Alert on one of my accounts and to log in and see what it was.. I did and found nothing.  I called Lifelock and after talking with an agent for over 2 hrs, and verifying questions, was given a case number and was transferred to another agent, but was disconnected..  This morning after again being on the phone with 2 agents for over 3 hours and given a new case #, was again sent to a phone agent that disconnected me.. ENOUGHT IS ENOUGH... So I tried Chat option.. DOESN'T WORK AT ALL.. Is there an email address or way to  contact Lifelock and express my concerns / dis-satisfaction with me trying to find out what my ALERT was??  If not..I am terminating Lifelock.. They always take my payment on time, but provide no customer support ..

Were you able to get to Norton Chat Support - Kate ChatBot and then were not able to reach a live agent?
Or, you could simply not get to Chat Support?

I've read Norton users comment.  Users are told by Norton Support...."we don't support LifeLock".  IDK

Curious, are you stand-alone LifeLock plan or Norton 360 with LifeLock plan?

Sorry, I've not familiar with LifeLock.
