Limited internet access with SmartFirewall
I purchased Windows 10 laptop in January and installed Norton Security starter. All was fine until 12th Feb and I now get limited (actually non) internet access. The internet is fine on all my other devices. I have tried the usual restart of router/laptop and lots of the suggested internet fixes including disabling the settings in Smartfirewall one by one and also resetting the firewall and reinstalling Norton. The only way I can get full internet access is to remove Norton completely. I have done twice now to prove the case and I am now reliant on Windows defender. I have automatic updates on and am thinking that there may have been an update that has caused this. Is there a way of finding out.
