Keep getting -
Backup failed (out of storage space)
The screen shows I have used only 5G of 25.
How do you fix this -
Same problem I'm having. I spent over an hour on chat with a Norton rep yesterday. He/she finally just quit! Signed off with no notice or comment. I hope Norton fixes this problem soon!
Add one more with this problem.
I am using 25 of 75G of my storage. I have 3 computers and all are backing up an appropriate amout of data yet this message keeps multiplying on my screens. Sure seems to be a problem on their side.
Same problem for a while, spoke wtih support, fixed it 6 months ago, but the problem is back. On the verge to look for alternative solution.
