On-Line Backup error message
I've had trouble since March with online backup, error message, while I'm on line , says This Computer is No on-line. Apparently, already being on line doesn't count ? Reason states something about my router. I don't have a separate router, I use DSL (Verizon) I've paid a year in advance & bought extra backup space and haven't been able to backup since March. While in your site Norton Online backup seems to recognize every account I've ever had. But I only have one active account. .
