My Norton says my device security is at risk. Norton will not do a live update. I have Norton Security Premium and supposedly Norton Security Deluxe. I have a Windows 10 PC and 3 Android Devices. Thank you for your assistance.

Have you restarted your computer? Restart, not shutdown and startup again if you have Windows Fast Startup feature enabled. If you use Windows 8/8.1, 10 or 11, there can be an issue with the Windows Fast Startup feature.. See more information here.

I finally reinstalled Norton Security Deluxe. First, I had to find the difference between the Deluxe and the Premium version. It said the Premium version was for people outside the United States. After I reinstalled the program, the scanning problem was resolved. Thank you for your assistance.
