Locate what's trying to access the internet

I keep receiving emails from Norton Family that my son is trying to access a site but he is not on the computer. I ran a scan and nothing is being identified. An internet browser isn't open either. How can I locate what's trying to access this site? This is the message from the email... LJ was blocked from visiting a website from the Blocked Category list: d1ph3c47yby10w.cloudfront.net (Category: Computer Hacking) Feb 18, 2023 5:42 PM LJ Desktop

While waiting for the move, I would suggest a second opinion scan using the FREE version of Malwarebytes. You can find it here https://www.malwarebytes.com/premium/
