Location services not working properly

I am currently doing a trial for Norton Family.  The first day everything worked fine.  Now the texts aren't coming through right and the location services aren't working.  Getting pretty frustrated.

If it doesn't help. can you please let me know if you log onto the device as the monitored child and try to access a forbidden website, do you get blocked?

Thanks Katie.  I tried all your ideas.  Block worked against weapons but not abortion so...... Locator still not working

I actually did that Sunday before my original comment on this forum.  Funny enough, it did work then at first, then stopped again.  The text is still not working nor is the location but the blocks are working fine.  I just don't get it.

You mentioned you are currently doing a trial for Norton Family.  The premier version is available for 30 days.  I assume you are still within 30 days, after the peroid, you won't be able to see premier feature, like location monitoring.
