Log in

This is Nov. 24 and I still cannt log in to my Identity safe..I would have thought their would be a fix by now..I have done everything their is to do and still no joy..I'm hoping help will come soon..Alssi I cannot get into my addons

Hi,
I'm not sure what your problem is but have you run the Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool to get a clean copy of the program on yor system?

If you have been using the identity safe be sure to backup the data before running the tool

Same problem but with the free Norton ID safe toolbar on Win8, I receive an 'internal server error message, same using the ID safe website on this & a Win7 machine; can log into ID safe using NIS 2013.

I have removed & then used the removal tool several times with no difference.

Virginia/Twilight Princess. Windows 10 Pro 64bit, iPhone X, iPad Pro 9.7".
