The logins show on certain pages, but do not login. I have to delete and hand enter the exact information and then it works.
We need more information than what you have provided. We need as much information as you can give us about product involved and a description of your computer.
I'm using Norton 360. When I load a page, the boxes are yellow and the correct information appears in them, but if I click the login button it says information is incorrect. I then manually delete and type in the exact same information and it works. This only happens with a few of my sites. The others work as they should.
I think what is happening is that some sites can tell that the information was done automatically and they want it done manually. It seems like some sites don't like it when Password Managers are used. I think these sites feel it's more safe if you type in the information.
It only takes two keystrokes to bypass the problem. Type any character in any field, then backspace over it, and the site will unlock.
If it is only on certain sites, there could have been some change to the way that site handles its logins. You can report those sites to Norton.
You can report the site to the ID Safe team from your product.
Navigate to the login page you are having problems with. Then click on Vault is Open on the Norton Toolbar. Then click on Options beside Current Site. From there click on Report an issue with this site. Then follow the directions.
