Loss of ability to use Identity Safe
While using Norton 360 v2.0 sometimes the ability to use Identity safe disappears. The button showing in the browser remain but when I hit the Log-ins drop down button it only displays No Log-ins to display, Manage log-ins and log out of Identity safe (Note: the No Log-ins to display is not highlighted or should I say darkened). On the Identity Safe button it displays Cards, Fill with (not darkened) and settings. Clicking on either of the darkened options does not do anything as is the same case with the options in the Log-ins button in the browser.
I have noticed that this has happened recently when I am going to go away from the system and logout of Identity Safe (or at least I believe that is when it is happening, more testing needed to make sure).
I am using a PC running Mozilla Firefox 3.0.5 (latest release) and Norton is version 184.108.40.206 while the spam add-on pack is 220.127.116.11 and the latest protection updates were applied today. (I always try to keep them as up to date as possible). As a note I am running a beta of IE8 which as of yesterday was upgraded to a Candidate 1 release (at least it is getting closer to being officialy released). The problem also exists in IE8 when it is being experienced in Firefox and is always, so far at least, fixed by rebooting the system (an inconvenience so far).
