Loss of Utilities Premium for 360 subscribers

I think its disgusting behaviour on the part of Norton to suddenly take away the use of Utilities Premium from Subscribers.
It wouldn't have been so bad if they had actually communicated it with us. But they didn't at any point. No email to tell us that it was being stopped, just logging into the program to find that they had disabled its use and then trying to charge £30 for reactivation.
The utilities was the only reason I kept using Norton, I won't be renewing again.
To suddenly just remove it from the sub is completely out of order.
