Lost Norton Password Manager Vault Password
Lost my vault password can't login through biometric authentication. How do I reset it completely

If you can afford to start over completely with a new vault all you need to do is try logging into the vault using the wrong password three times. After the third time, look for a link to delete the vault. Clicking on that will initiate a complete wipe of your existing vault and will guide you through setting up a new vault with a new password.
