Lost vault password, how to regain it please

What device are you using?
What error message do you see when you try to enter your password?
Have you restarted your device?

The message is simply that I have entered the wrong password. No provision to get a new one. No issues with logging on to other Norton sites
If you are sure you are entering the correct password, it may be some temporary server issue. Try again later.
Can you log into your vault at https://identitysafe.norton.com
Are you sure it is not the Norton Account password that is being asked for? Occasionally your Norton Account login expires and you have to sign there before getting to enter your vault password.
