Lost wireless printing

Hello.
I had two laptops sending wireless prints to one printer for many months.  I got invite to upgrade to Norton 360 and installed it on my main laptop.  Immediately, I lost wireless printing on my main laptop and followed many instructions to recover it, but unsuccessfully.  Then, a month later, I ran Norton Power Eraser on my main laptop and immediately lost wireless printing on the secondary laptop.  I have tried following many instructions from Windows 10 & Canon printer for many weeks to recover, but nothing works.  Since wireless printing stopped when using Norton both times, what does Norton do to stop wireless printing?  Settings look good, but still not printing.  Got any helpful solutions?  Thank you.

Re: Lost wireless printing

Why did you run Norton Power Eraser, NPE? Did it find anything that it 'fixed'? If so, try running NPE again, and look for an option to restore the items that were 'fixed'.

NPE is a very aggressive tool that can be prone to false detections. If you feel the need to use it, it is best to only run it to scan and ask for advise here before allowing any fixes. The wrong detection can actually leave your system unbootable.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Re: Lost wireless printing

I ran NPE because system ran slow and mouse cursor was delayed in moving.  Quick scan saw nothing.  I thought there was some malware or something causing the slowness and loss of wireless printing of the main laptop, but NPE found nothing, either.  However, main laptop experienced unresponsiveness (it froze) afterward.  Had to restart it manually (power button) a few times to get it running.
