Low speed VPN server Netherlands

I'm living in the Netherlands and when I'm using Norton Secure VPN with "Auto-select region" I am of course automatically connected to a server in the Netherlands. But with this server the download and upload speed are very disappointing:
When I manually connect to a server in the UK or Germany the download and upload speeds are > 80 Mbps, which is OK. My normal ISP-connection is max 100/100 Mbps.
Is there a possibility to connect to a different server in the Netherlands?
