Mac: Looking to whitelist certain ports for specific applications

Currently running the most recent Mac client (7.3.1), and there are some applications that I'd like to whitelist access to certain ports (in particular my code editor, since running the debugger or unit tests opens a background service that Norton Security keeps prompting me for access).

I've already taken a look at Advanced -> Firewall -> Connection Blocking, but since it only lets me block by IP address, I'm pretty sure I'm looking in the wrong place.

Where would I go to whitelist ports on a per-application basis?

Ah, looks like I was looking on the wrong menu; should've looked into the "View Services/Ports" option. In case anyone else has the same issue, the image below should help.
