Why Norton only supports Outlook? Not everyone wants to have installed the outlook client. I have installed Mailbird. Norton should support each email client.
There are too many email clients to be supported. Even if other browsers were to be supported, it would probably only be the 3 or 4 most used browsers. A good example of this is the issue supporting browsers. There are only three that are supported, and there are problems keeping up with the constant changes to these browsers.
What feature is it you want to be expanded to other browsers?
Norton AntiSpam works with all email clients. To have spam flagged by Norton moved to a spam folder, you simply need to make a message rule in the email client specifying that any messages with [Norton AntiSpam] in the subject line should be moved automatically to the spam or junk folder.
Well, it does not work with Thunderbird.
Are you sure it is the Thunderbird email client and not the ports your ISP requires you to use? Norton only supports ports 25 and 110.
