makop ransonware

i have many files infected with makop virus this is a ransonware that change  the  file and i can't opined the files  how i fixed this?

IF, you have a backup image of your hard drive that is KNOWN to be clean, if not. Backup your existing data "as is" and await a possible dcrypt tool to be developed at a later time. From there, after the backup has been done. I would remove your current hard drive. Replace it and perform a clean installation of your OS and apps.
