Manage Licenses not working

I sign into my Norton account, access Subscriptions, then click on Manage License for any of my listed licenses and I am presented with a list, which does not correspond correctly to the devices it has been installed on.
It lists only one or two devices multiple times and for my most recently added licenses the Manage Licenses option isn't even visible. However, the number of devices using each license is correct.
Every thing has always worked fine over the years until just recently.
