Management Profile conflict with Intune Company Portal on iPad

My daughter’s iPad has install Norton Family App for few months, and I can monitor her internet activities while she is in school.

Recently, the school has introduced the MS Intune Company Portal, this software is mandatory for everyone (students) to install it.

To be successfully install MS Intune Company Portal, Norton’s Management Profile need to remove. No matter how hard I tried, Norton’s Management Profile can not install anymore.

Now, I can not see her internet activities anymore.

Is there any method to rectify the Management Profiles conflict?

Hi @TypeR,

Thanks for reaching out to the Norton Family forum.

Only one management profile can be installed in a device at a time. Multiple management profiles cannot co-exist on the same device. This is a limitation set by Apple for iOS/iPadOS devices.

Even we can't do anything at this moment, but I hope Norton will have solution for this in the future.
