Dear Norton friends or Norton Experts,
I have been using Norton AntiTrack for one month after purchase. It worked well with Microsoft Edge browser before today. Last night I turned off my computer after updating Windows 10 Microsoft software. This morning I found that Norton AntiTrack icon on Microsoft Edge browser turned to gray, which said that "we are unable to communicate with your Norton AntiTrack App". So I double-checked my Norton, and Norton AntiTrack was active. And I ran Norton AntiTrack app separately, it showed that my Edge Browser was Protected. But the Norton AntiTrack icon is still gray.
As I am a new user of Norton AntiTrack, don't know how to fix the problem?
