Microsoft Edge can't communicate with Norton AntiTrack App

Dear Norton friends or Norton Experts,

I have been using Norton AntiTrack for one month after purchase. It worked well with Microsoft Edge browser before today. Last night I turned off my computer after updating Windows 10 Microsoft software. This morning I found that Norton AntiTrack icon on Microsoft Edge browser turned to gray, which said that "we are unable to communicate with your Norton AntiTrack App". So I double-checked my Norton, and Norton AntiTrack was active. And I ran Norton AntiTrack app separately, it showed that my Edge Browser was Protected. But the Norton AntiTrack icon is still gray.

As I am a new user of Norton AntiTrack, don't know how to fix the problem?

Grateful if you can help with an efficient solution.

Thank you in advance,

Best Regards,

Try removing all the extensions, then remove Norton anti Track from your PC, reboot and re-install - https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/v138368403
