Microsoft.Photos.exe

I keep getting a firewall message pop up saying that there is no certificate for Microsoft.Photos.exe but it also says the file is rated by Norton as good. Is this an issue that needs resolving or can it be ignored?

@Mike:

If you did see the exact img as shown below, you can enable the option "Allow always" and press OK to allow that app by Microsoft to run.

(Explanation: "Your Norton Security (?) just did its job very well: it will keep asking Microsoft's apps for valid digital signatures.")
