We do appreciate the feedback as the engineering team has been working around the clock to address the issues you have been seeing on the platform.

Not for me, it's was stuck on stupid after running all night. It seems that the problems, and any good mining, are random with each account.

It ran great for about 12-hours the night before last. My ETH went from 0.0019 to 0.0025 in 12 hours ending at 10:00 am yesterday. But since that time it has been stuck. I have rebooted my PC multiple times and killed all other GPU processes using the Task Manager. It will start mining, but as soon as I walk away and come back it will be stuck. In the last 27 hours, my ETH has only increased from 0.0025 to 0.0026, while my Cloud wallet is reporting a hash rate of up to 55 MH/s.
About 20 minutes ago, the Norton App was reporting that all my earnings were completely gone and my account was back to 0.0000. Wonderful! LOL! I know it is a glitch, but still. This whole system is so glitchy nobody knows what the heck is really going, not even the staff that comes on here and acts like they do. All I know is that there is a whole lot of processing power out there hashing data that is not benefiting me and many other miners. Either Norton Crypto is sending garbage data to our systems to be processed to just waste our time and equipment, or our systems are hashing crypto and we are not being duly credited for it. It is one or the other. There are no other options, and neither one of those options bode well for Norton.

We just reviewed the pending payout processing for the last 24h period and saw consistent behavior for your account when the machine was mining over that time period. 75 increments occurred and the value of your total pending ETH climbed each time.
Over private message I am happy to share the more specific details about the value of that ETH and if you provide me the type of GPU you are using we can check to see if the value matches what we expect so we can further help identify why it does not match the behavior you are seeing.

@VonG
Had a look at your payout processing history we see a trend where it seems the computer is not participating at night. Most of the daytime hours are showing consistent incremental payouts. Is it possible the machine is off or going to sleep during idle at night?
In the past 24h we certainly see an incremental increase to your ETH which I am happy to speak specifically to over a PM.
Again as I posted in the other thread I do apologize that you detected our up-scale on the API's that expose the pending and wallet information where it was showing 0 for a while as we addressed our scale. That was to improve the experience for everyone.

No that is not possible, and may I say, an inaccurate and illogical assumption, since, in the very post you are responding to, I stated quite clearly,
"It ran great for about 12-hours the night before last. My ETH went from 0.0019 to 0.0025 in 12 hours ending at 10:00 am yesterday."
I realize that you may be used to talking to computer illiterate people that might forget to plug their computer in, but I am a certified PC technician with over 25 years of experience and providing tech support. Suggesting dumb things like, "Did you forgot that you set your computer to sleep mode", is actually kind of insulting to me, especially since I have made it clear what my background is, AND, made it clear that my system ran just fine "at night" just a couple days ago, which would answer your question as to it going to sleep, IF you would have read what I wrote and paid attention.
I am getting a little bit tired of this "Shift the blame onto the user" game you are playing. That boat will not float here. Okay. I cannot tell you what is wrong, because I did not write the code for your app and I am not the engineer on your servers. What I can tell you, is that I KNOW what I am doing with my system and if there is a problem, it is NOT on my end.
As far as my system earnings go, right now it is working, but it is still WAY below the expected rate. As you said yourself in PM, I am at about 25% of what I should be, considering my Hash Rate and how long my system has been at this 24/7. Yes, I understand this is a beta system and there are a lot of kicks to work out, which is the only reason I am hanging around. You just keep working on your end to get them worked out and I will keep letting you know what needs to be worked on.

My intention is not to insult and I am not trying to shift blame. I am gathering data so I know where to focus my efforts on your situation so I can help correct it.
The window of data I don't see is only about 7 hours long so its still possible to increment ETH outside that window before and after. I am trying to piece together all of the various posts in differing topics you have so I can help. If you are willing I am happy to work with you to address the issues you are seeing.
Can you tell me what GPU's you are running and what MH/s you see on the endpoint? I will take notes from here on out so I can avoid duplicating questions we might ask.
Also I believe the PM was with Matt so I don't have the context of that conversation.

Running good here aswell.

Yes, I have had two complete days of non-issues. Everything seems to be running smoothly as of yet. Too bad that my first 12 days were not so great. I have made more in the last two days than in the first 12 combined. I am glad they got it fixed, and I do appreciate the work. I just wonder where all the crypto my rig hashed in the first 12 days ended up.

Mining did pretty good over the weekend, I finally got my 1st 0.004 payout during the night! Accumulation rate would lag at times but it is working so that is good.
This morning though, I was stuck at 'Calculating..."; no mining going on. Restarted it but the same. Shutdown & restarted computer, back to mining. Also, I've noticed numerous times over the weekend that the app display balance would be behind the Wallet balance. Simply close the app and reopen and it would be up to date every time. Looking good.

I would just like to echo positive sentiments the the miner has been running steadily past 2 days. Nicely done fixing it up.

The client has to cache the values for a window of time while we allow the portal to refresh immediately. This is just due to the scale of having so many endpoints asking the back end for the information. Right now there is a 10 minute window but it will also refresh on UI launch however in the future that will move to a push notification model.
As for the "calculating..." we are working on a major refresh to the endpoint which will greatly enhance the refresh rate of that value.
Thank you for all the feedback (and please keep it coming) as this is allowing us to prioritize which parts of Crypto to enhance.
