Mobile 360 repeating set u required

Hi I'm on a android , Moto g I have a active subscription. I scan regularly. It keeps asking me to Repeat "set up". I give Norton permission works fine. The couple days it asks me again

What Android version are you using?

Which feature is asking to be set up?

Are you logged into your Norton Account in the app?
