money stolen from my new credit card

Please return my money into my account. My subscription was reconvened in March and paid for. Then in April money from an very old subscription was taken out of my account using my March credit card transaction and I did not approve using new card for April transaction.

Please return or i will cancel my credit card and go else where for virus protection.

Hi Tania, sorry to hear about the charge. Just to let you know, on this site are only Norton users helping Norton users. For refunds you can call your local support and they can refund the money for you. You can find their number on au.norton.com

  • Users report Norton pulls recurring subscription payment usually about 30-45 days before current term expiry. 
  • Users report approx 30-45 days before current term expire...not being able to change Automatic Renewal Service setting.

When you stop your subscription from automatically renewing:

  • Your subscription will continue through the end of your already paid subscription term, after which it will end and not automatically renew.

  • It typically takes a few hours from your request for the change to take effect.

  • Any benefits associated with automatically renewing subscriptions may end when you stop your subscription from automatically renewing.

After cancelling your recurring subscription, your subscription will not automatically renew.  Your protection will continue through the end of your current paid term.
