Multiple user identity specific website is not working.

Login to a multiple user identity website the drop down multiple identity menu appears.

With the text "Multiple registrations for this site. Which application you want to use?"

I accidentally pressed the button do not ask for this website.
How can I undo that for that specific website!

The two options under "Settings"->"Identity protection"-> "Identity Safe Options"

1."Securelly collect my logins and offer to fill in those logins when I revisit those pages" option is CHECKED.

2. "Display my Logins each time I visit a page with multiple logins" option is CHECKED.

Re: Multiple user identity specific website is not working.

I Feelgood,

I do not have NIS installed on any of my systems, so I am a bit lost in following your  "Settings"->"Identity protection"-> "Identity Safe Options" - but be that as it may,  please try the following:

Navigate to the site in question > select Vault is Open > select Logins > select Options under Current site (at top of list of Log-ins) - select Show Info bar for this site.  did that fix it?

On second though I do believe the Vault is Open changes to Infobar hidden so this may not be the solution you are looking for.

I think your first thoughts are correct. It is just the Infobar that will not appear when you get to that site. The Vault is Open is on the Norton Toolbar which is not affected by hiding the infobar for a site.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Peterweb,

I was referring to the NTB as follows:

If I select Hide Info bar from the options, I see the following:

OK. I guess I have never hidden the infobar.

Thanks. I learned something again from your personal knowledge base.
