Mutiple e-mail ids

I have mutiple e-mail ids under the same account.  one of the ids gets swamped with spam in the inbox. I thought Norton 360 Deuxe took spam and put it into the spam folder.  is that correct? if so, how do I get all the ids covered?

norton only takes email spam when ther is extrem spam dont now the other problem

What account has multiple email ID's?
