my credit card is expired but I cannot update.

Dear, the customer service.

My credit card is expired but when I update it. The warning box is show " We are unable to process your order from the information provided. Please re-enter your payment information or try another payment method." How should I do?

You will have to contact Norton Support to do this. No one in the forums has any access to user Accounts.    www.norton.com/contactcs
