My false positive submission is still being analyzed

My understanding is that Norton is unable to reproduce the detection as reported with your submission.

Please ensure that you're using the latest Norton virus definitions. 
Please run Norton LiveUpdate and Restart (not Shut down) machine.

Please provide additional information to analyze the problem further.

i cannot replicate it. it got quarantined once then i excluded it and restored it. Now I unexcluded it but its now detected as safe.

And also, according to the file insight, its been used by hundreds of thousands users which I doubt because its not that popular and I know because I made the thing.

Ahh..."now detected as safe". 
Maybe, the initial detection was for reputation and Norton needed some time to analyze.
Sorry, we were not able to give you an official status update.  

Yeah, created software is known safe by the creator. 
IDK why Norton File Insight reports "hundreds of thousands users".  

If the program were free and publicly available.  Maybe, I could try to reproduce.
